Donor funded development projects
With our vast experience in communicating donor-funded development projects, including EU, USAID, GIZ, DIFID, EBRD, SDC and OSCE we have an in-depth understanding of the crucial requirements of donors, beneficiaries, media, the general public, and specific target groups.
The key focus of our communication services for development projects is to apply an awareness-raising approach precisely tailored to meet the needs of the beneficiaries and resonate with the projects’ target audience.

Media
Our team comprises highly experienced and well-known journalists and TV hosts with extensive media expertise. We have diverse experience, including working with Serbian media, creating newsworthy media stories, producing documentary programs and media reportages, and connecting our clients and beneficiaries with the audience. Our primary goal is to enhance the communication of topics to journalists.

Public administration
Working with the government sector on development projects aimed at reforming public administration, we have developed expertise in creating promotional campaigns, organizing events, building communication capacity, managing social media, managing crisis communication, handling media relations, and making various promotional materials.
We have extensive experience in multiple aspects of communication, including participation in developing the communication component of the Serbian Public Administration Reform Strategy 2021- 2030.
Civil society organisations
Our team members have vast experience developing civil society either as founders, managers of civil society development projects, or by supporting the work of several large civil society organizations (CSOs). We have extensive experience managing communication activities for these organizations, including creating communication strategies and plans, designing and implementing awareness-rising campaigns, organizing various events, and developing promotional materials.
Our deep understanding of the importance and mechanisms of relationships between CSOs, the government sector, and various donors can benefit our clients from both civil society and donors focused on CSOs.
We have also provided communication skills training to civil society activists and helped build civil society organisations’ capacity in Serbia and the region.

We, as owners, marketing and communications directors, consultants, and trainers in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), offer our expertise to help SMEs expand and accomplish their objectives. We deeply understand SMEs’ characteristics, concerns, and capabilities.
Our experience also includes collaborating with a Serbian company on developing their new visual identity and communication strategy and its implementation. This effort ultimately resulted in the company’s successful acquisition by a major international player in the industry.
